What to expect
Your first reservation at Café of Life Chiropractic will be an opportunity for us to learn about you and your vital information, and for you to interview us about your concerns and wishes. We view this first interaction as a time in which both of us will become acquainted. This will ensure that the intentions of both the Chiropractor and new practice member are congruent.
It is Café of Life’s mission to serve every human being with respect, honesty, appreciation, and love. We will strive to provide "The Exceptional Chiropractic Experience" through the Chiropractic Adjustment and the teaching of our body’s magnificent innate potential. We aim for excellence, mastery, and constant growth while enjoying the perfection of the process itself.
The following pages are for you to provide your vital information and a brief outline of your life’s story. Much of this information will be discussed in our first meeting. Chiropractic philosophy encompasses addressing the whole person, not just one specific aspect. We are all a “sum total” of all our life’s experience to this present moment. The more information you can provide, the better we can serve you! Part of our commitment to you is to provide as much information about health and well being as possible. New practice members are encouraged to attend their chiropractic orientation night. These talks are held here in our office.
